Semoga Allah melapangkan jalanmu ke tempat yang damai..

I still recall when I was in college and trying to buy the ticket of
his concert, yet sadly I can't make it...I always consider my self as a
big fan of him..One of my reason to apply as a radio broadcaster is to
interview him...and it happened...
It was in 2001 I guess. He was a bit sick that time, that we have to
fecth him at his home..For the first time in my life I went to my
idol's house...GILA!
He was going to see the doctor that time..so I have to wait...When he
came back..and meet me..He was so nice..I didn't see the "celeb -
attitude" in him...Along the way we went to the office - the radio -,
we had a nice conversation..not only about music..also about life and
all.....
That interview alone was 2 hours. Me and Mas Bens Leo were so excited
to talk to him...He's so responsive towards what ever question I
gave..whether it stupid or smart question:)
He's so humble...
Even when I told him that one of my dreams is Chrisye sings in my
wedding....He said OFF COURSE ....It was off air..and when it's on
Air...He said it again..to assure me...I was so touched..Never thought
that this legend would reacted like that...
He was not only nice during the interview, i met him several times on
other occasion...and still he never lost his humbleness..he was always
warm and never behave arrogantly like "others"...
The precious moments I once had, will never vanish from my mind...He's the legend..that inspired many lifes...including me...
Good bye Mas Chrisye...
Your spirit will remain in my heart...and others heart...
